  高頻變壓器匝數計算L =(μ* S )/ l * N2匝數公式的推導過程:

  

  1.磁通量與磁通密度相關公式:Ф = B * S ⑴   B = H * μ ⑵   H = I*N / l ⑶

  

  2.電感中反感應電動勢與電流以及磁通之間相關關系式:

  

  EL =⊿Ф / ⊿t * N ⑷

  

  EL = ⊿i / ⊿t * L ⑸

  

  由上面兩個公式可以推出下面的公式:⊿Ф / ⊿t * N = ⊿i / ⊿t * L 變形可得:N = ⊿i * L/⊿Ф再由Ф = B * S 可得下式:N = ⊿i * L / ( B * S ) ⑹

  

  且由⑸式直接變形可得:⊿i = EL * ⊿t / L ⑺

  

  聯合⑴⑵⑶⑷同時可以推出如下算式:L =(μ* S )/ l * N2 ⑻

  

  這說明在磁芯一定的情況下電感量與匝數的平方成正比(影響電感量的因素)

  

  擴展資料:線圈計算匝數的注意事項:1、一個線圈的導線根數不一定就是匝數,只有并繞根數等于1時,一個線圈的導線根數才等于線圈的匝數。有如下關系: 一個線圈的導線根數一并繞根數×匝數電機定子每槽中的導線數目是指在單層繞組中,每槽導線數等于匝數;在雙層繞組中,每槽導線數是匝數的兩倍即2x匝數。

  

  2、計算初級線圈和次級線圈的匝數:磁芯選擇為EE-42(截面積1.76mm2)磁通密度為防治飽和取值為2500高斯也即0.25特斯拉, 這樣由⑹式可得初級電感的匝數為: N1= ⊿i * L / ( B * S ) = 2.87 * (0.558*10-3)/0.25*(1.76*10-4)計算初級電感匝數: N1 ≌ 36 (匝)同時可計算次級匝數:N2 ≌ 5 (匝)-匝數
